*****BEVERLY M. GAINES, M.D., F.A.A.P
Dr. Beverly M. Gaines grew up in Columbus, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Kosair Children's Hospital. She is a board certified pediatrician, and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr Beverly M. Gaines established this practice in 1984 and has been dedicated to the quality care of her patients over her entire career. She especially enjoys treating children with asthma, working with parents and their infants, and addressing health disparities. She has received many honors and awards including being recognized as one of America's Leading Black Doctors by Black Enterprise magazine and she was the only physician in Kentucky appointed by Governor Brereton C. Jones to the Kentucky Health Board Policy. She serves in a number of leadership positions in her local and national professional organizations.
Dr.Gaines and her husband are happily juggling careers in 2 different cities. Together they have 5 children. Dr Gaines enjoys life, her bible study, music and a good book to relax.
*****M. LORRAINE LAMBERT, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Raine Lambert is originally from Keyser, West Virginia. She received her medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Vanderbuilt University Medical Center. She is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a member of the Jefferson County Medical Society. Her interests include adolescent medicine and health education. She practiced for 3 years in a successful multicultural private practice in Nashville, Tennessee before moving to Louisville in 2005.
Dr. Lambert and her husband H. Wayne, an associate professor at The University of Louisville, have two children, Emma and Greer. They also have a large assortment of furry critters. Dr. Lambert enjoys reading good fiction novels and beachcombing.
*****KARL PRYOR, MD, FAAP
Dr Karl Pryor grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He received Bachelor of Science and Chemistry degree from Xavier University, Louisiana. He graduated From the University of Louisville School of Medicine and
completed his Pediatric Residency at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron Ohio. He is Board Eligible Pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Pryor is happily married to Endalish Pryor and they enjoy spending time with their son Noah. Dr. Pryor enjoys reading, fixing computers and church activities.
*****JOYCE DOHN, ARNP-FNP
Joyce Dohn has lived in Louisville all her life. She graduated from Spalding University in 2005 with an MSN and Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Joyce Dohn worked 15 years at Kosair as an RN at the Oncology and Renal Center. She also has broad experience in other important areas of patient care including newborn intensive care, pediatric intensive care and emergency care.
Joyce Dohn has four daughters and seven granddaughters. She loves reading and spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren.
